Villamanta Disability Rights Legal Service invites people with lived experience of disability to join an online forum and information session about appealing an NDIS decision at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART).
Applying to the ART can feel intimidating, so this session will begin with a short presentation from Villamanta lawyers explaining how to apply, what to expect at your first case conference, and how the ART process works.
Participants will also hear from people who will share their first‑hand experiences of taking their NDIS matter to the ART. This provides valuable insight into what the process is really like and what can help you feel more prepared.
The session includes time for questions, discussion, and shared learning, and is a good opportunity to better understand the ART process before lodging or progressing an appeal.
