Quick Start: your 3 step plan

  1. Define your event. Outline the purpose, audience, and format keeping the message practical and accessible.
  2. Create event materials and promotion plan. List the things you’ll need and the steps you’ll take to attract your target audience.
  3. Run the event smoothly. Use a simple run sheet, capture attendance and feedback, then follow up with participants.

Key dates

  • 10 April 2026: deadline for event submissions.
  • 20 April 2026: program is live, start of publicpromotion.
  • 12 June 2026: event evaluation due back to VLF.
