This free session explains the importance of formalising your wishes and protecting your rights. It will provide basic information about Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, including when you may need them, why they are important, how to obtain them, and the purpose they serve.
The session will be presented by SMR Legal and will feature guest speakers Maree Leschke, Wills and Estates Lawyer, and Bridget Coutts from SMR Legal.
The information will be general in nature and suitable for community members wanting an introduction to Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
