About Deakin Law Clinic
Deakin Law Clinic is a community legal service offering free legal advice, assistance and information to people experiencing disadvantage in their access to justice.
The clinic also aims to educate the broader community in relation to legal rights and justice issues. Working with students from Deakin Law School, the clinic offers free legal assistance in employment law for employees and small businesses, including contractual disputes, unfair dismissal, general protections and underpayments.
