Everyday problems can be legal problems

The law can intersect with life in many ways such as your home, work, relationships, where you live or what you buy.

Sometimes problems are easy to deal with. Other times they can feel confusing, stressful or overwhelming.

Many everyday problems can be helped with legal information or advice. You don’t need to know whether your problem is “legal” to get started.

A week for all Victorians

Victorian Law Week is an annual week of community-based events to help Victorians to identify their legal problems, learn how the law works and get the right help to solve legal problems.

Events and activities are run by a range of legal, community and government organisations with the program managed by Victoria Law Foundation.
