Diversity and Leadership at the Bar

The Victorian Bar champions diversity and inclusion in all its forms. Members broadly reflect the gender, ethnic, cultural and linguistic diversity of Victoria’s population. The Bar is proud of its rich tapestry of people from all walks of life, cultures and interests. 

This panel made up of  Tomo Boston KC, Premala Thiagarajan SC, Franceska Leoncio, and Rabea Khan will feature a discussion on celebrating diverse leaders at the Bar and explore how their backgrounds have shaped their careers and leadership journeys.
