Get photos from your photographer

Remind your photographer to upload photos to out Dropbox folder*.

Email your attendees

In your email consider:

• a thank your attendees for coming
• Including links to helpful resources.
• a link to your event recording (if you recorded it)
• telling attendees about your any upcoming events
• asking for feedback from your attendees (either provide an email address to send feedback to or create an online survey).

Share your event

Post to social media or publish a news item to your website reflecting on the event, your experience and what value it provided.

For your article consider:

• describing the event and what took place
• reflections from attendees including quotes and feedback
• including links to additional resources and other pages on your website
• a link to your event recording (if you recorded it)
• telling attendees about your any upcoming events.

• Email us a link to your video recording. We recommend uploading it to YouTube.
