Two-day program for Gippsland VCE students (day two)

Group of high school students with book in their hands, hands in the air and smiling
Regional Law Talks connect VCE Legal Studies students in regional areas with the justice system and its practitioners.

On day two of the schools program, you will hear from speakers from: The Victorian Ombudsman, Juries Victoria, County Court, Victorian Law Reform Commission, Young Workers Centre, Gippsland Community Legal Service, Victoria Legal Aid and Deakin Law School.

What are Regional Law Talks?
Twice a year, Victoria Law Foundation travels to a different regional location to host a two-day program aimed at helping students better understand the legal system. Experts from Victoria’s courts and other legal institutions present on different topics related to the VCE Legal Studies curriculum and students have the opportunity to speak with legal professionals directly.

This is a full day event running from 9am-3pm. Morning tea will be provided.

Please register your interest to attend by emailing:
- Fabiola Superina, Education Manager, VLF - fsuperina@victorialawfoundation.org.au
