Therapeutic innovations in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria (online)

MCV has a range of court support programs and specialist courts that aim to address the underlying drivers of offending and support the recovery of people impacted by family violence and crime. In this session Magistrate Pauline Spencer, Head of the Specialist Courts Division, will discuss the history of these innovations, the current suite of specialist courts and programs and new pilot initiatives.
