Ensuring the right to a warm, safe home: legal information and craft session

Origami house. Coloured Yellow, blue and red.
Join Barwon Community Legal Service for an event promoting respect for older people through craft and legal information, as part of the Barwon Warm Safe Home Community Art project.

Do you want to know more about preventing elder abuse and family violence in our community? Do you want information about planning for your future or supported decision making documents? Or what types of life problems your local Community Legal Centre can assist with?

Join Barwon Community Legal Service for an afternoon of legal information and craft as part of the Barwon Warm Safe Home Community Art project.

The Barwon Warm Safe Home Community Art Project uses craft to engage community members to start conversations about respecting older people, and what a warm safe home means to you. Houses created will be used to create a public exhibition at Colac & Geelong Library to raise awareness and increase respect and dignity of older people in our community.

This event is open to everyone in community.
