Disagree with a Centrelink decision?

Fogged up window with a sad face drawn in the window
Do you or somebody you know disagree with a Centrelink decision? Join Victoria Legal Aid for a practical conversation about the steps you can take.

If you cannot get a Centrelink payment, your payment has stopped, you have to pay money back to Centrelink, or you think that you are being paid the wrong amount, then this session is for you.

We'll discuss your review options, time limits for a review, and options for getting legal help.

Our talk will be useful to people who have applied for or have been receiving any Centrelink payment. This includes people who have reached pension age, people who live with disability and their carers, students and apprentices, parents of young children, and jobseekers.
