Most of the general public hear about court cases through the media. So what role does the media play in the delivery of justice and how do you report on court cases accurately and responsibly?

First held as a Victorian Law Week 2021 event, a panel of judges including Media and Communications Committee Chair Judge Gaynor, Judge Gamble and Judge Wraight, and members of the Court’s Media team discuss the relationship between media and the Court, and the importance of accurately representing the facts.
